Responsibilities
- Manage the office and staff.
- Source candidates through databases, social media, and propriety recruiting tools.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Create and Design Job Descriptions
- Conduct prescreen and interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Access candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Onboard new employees
- Build and grow relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct client meetings
- Conduct employee counseling as needed
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in the Staffing industry.
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual
