Responsibilities :
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about accounts, deliveries, and services.
Facilitate customer needs efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee driver activities within assigned territories to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups.
Maintain constant communication with drivers to address any issues or changes in their schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to / from drivers regarding their deliveries and pickups, resolving any logistical issues promptly.
Update the status of deliveries and pickups in real-time to ensure accurate tracking and customer updates.
Process driver paperwork, including envelopes and other necessary documentation, to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Perform data entry for all bills associated with picked-up shipments, maintaining organized and thorough records.
Print and break down driver manifests for their trips, ensuring that each driver has the necessary information for their deliveries.
Assist in organizing and preparing manifests to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Scan and file documents as needed to maintain an orderly and accessible document management system.
Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable for future reference.
Assist with routing as needed, helping to plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness.
Provide support to the routing team to ensure all deliveries are planned effectively.
Participate in the Operations On-Call rotation, being available to address any urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours.
Provide support during on-call periods to maintain smooth operations.
Perform any other duties as directed or assigned by the Operations Supervisor, Director of Domestic Operations & IT, or other members of the Leadership Team.
Be flexible and adaptable to take on new tasks and responsibilities as the needs of the operations evolve.
