key responsibilities
Receive all residents at the walk-up window promptly. Respond to residents' requests, take payments (issue receipts when necessary), and distribute zoning forms, applications, and permits once issued. Answer phone promptly. Retrieve phone messages and respond promptly. Track conversations. Follow-up as needed. Issue, document, and renew brush cards. Place ads as directed and post news and events as directed in appropriate places Place bidding ads in newspaper, organize and file paperwork Maintain Workmans Compensation records, follow up, and file appropriately Real estate Registration of Property maintenance New Business/MercantilePrivilege Tax: Tax mail forms, track returns, follow-up Highway Occupancy Permitsfill out and collect, get appropriate signature hand over to AR for invoicing Maintain Baseball Lease Agreements Track Meeting and pavilion reservationsmake sure the meeting room door is unlocked for off-hours events Compose letters as directed, mail, file forms, petty cash reconciliation Process incoming mail, date stamp received, and distribute to appropriate departments Create and maintain existing filing systems, both electronic and physical All other duties as assigned

Must be able to relay information accurately and efficientlyHighly personableStrong grammar and communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive tasksHS diploma or equivalent required. Formal post-HS training or an associate's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Minimum of 2 years of related experience.Must have computer skills including typing, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as office equipment knowledge.
