Spherion Staffing is hiring Screen Print Techs in Indianapolis, IN.
Shifts Available:
- Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM - $16/HR
- Tuesday - Friday 6AM - 4:30PM - $16/HR
Purpose: Using a manual press and Ultimate Numbering system, produce a single location per customer's roster information.
Responsibilities:
-Select screens with appropriate font, based on roster info.
-Select correct spacing bar on Ultimate Numbering system for font selected
-Load and unload jerseys on pallet, ensuring weave is running straight and placement is as specified
-Stretch jersey with hands and stretcher bar or sleeve hold down depending on location
-Follow grid, roster, and print guide instructions and make Management aware of any discrepancy?s
-Maintain clean equipment, squeegees, and hands to avoid transfer ink to jerseys during more than average handling
-Perform visual checks during production to ensure proper registration of colors
-Communicate with Inspectors to determine and correct quality issues
-Record info. independently and correctly on production log and roster
-Remove ink and tape from screens after job completion
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Previous screen print experience desired
