Trainer (Manufacturing)

We are looking for a bilingual trainer in the Allentown, PA area. This role is in an awesome manufacturing/distribution environment. We really care about our employees.

The trainer will have the following responsibilities:

• Receives instructions on routine work & general instruction on new assignments
• Will demonstrate work methods to new employees
• Deals directly with co-workers, team members and production operators
• Performs a range of moderately complex training assignments relating to the inspection, assembly, and modification and repair of company products
• Contributes to the development of training materials to meet new technology requirements

Other skills/requirements/details:

• Duties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with occasional to frequent exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, etc.
• Duties of the position require periodic light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motions requiring manual dexterity and precise hand/eye co-ordination, sitting and or standing in confined workspaces, using tools and equipment, and moving and handling materials.
• Duties may require periodic heavy manual effort including lifting objects.
• Duties require extended periods of sustained visual concentration on detailed documentation, product assemblies, and operator performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
