Assembler
Role and Responsibilities and requirements
- Assemble the parts of the PDL product and prepare product to move to shipping
- Follow schedule of product ship dates as directed
- Clean work area DAILY (at the end of shift)
- Dispose of waste from assembling
- Follow Work schedule – Workday Hours
- Communicate any problems with supervisor
- Use safety equipment provided – report injuries immediately to supervisor or manager
- Other duties that are requested by supervisor or manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Skills
- Basic Math – use a variety of measuring tools
- Communication skills
- Basic mechanical ability – use of hand and power tools for assembly and crating
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, walk and or stand up to 8 hours per day
