What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at SPIN?
By combining an unusual mixture of sports, nightlife, design, cocktail, food and entertainment, SPiN has created a unique day and nighttime venue with Ping-Pong tables including full service bar & kitchen and private VIP rooms. We are seeking experienced Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous food service experience within a similar role and have a hands on approach, be an excellent communicator, ensure guests are served promptly & courteously, and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to our guests. Assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering patron questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages.
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and any dietary restrictions.
- Serve orders, maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and ensuring guests requests or issues are handling promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Process guest bills efficiently and correctly.
