A full-time opportunity has arisen in our Accounting department. We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst. The Accounting Analyst will be located in our Wilmington, MA location and is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Document Key Finance Processes per Spirax-Sarco Group Governance Guidelines (G3)
  
• Main point of contact with Group Finance for updates/changes to policies.
  
• Support WM Inc. Financial Controller with Internal Audits of current processes and controls
  
• Assist in training other WM Inc employees on proper controls and processes related to G3 initiative.
• Assist with monthly close process as needed
  
• Journal Entries
  
• Account Reconciliations
  
• Assist in reporting monthly metrics
• Support Internal/External Audit Requests
  
• Annual Financial Audit (January each year)
  
• Operational Audit – Every 2 years
• Respond to inquiries (Internal/External)
• Special Projects as Assigned

Qualifications and Experience

The applicant would hold a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and have 3 years of experience working within an accounting or finance department.

• Ideal candidate will have audit experience and knowledge of financial controls documentation.  Experience in General Accounting.
  
  Must be organized and able to prioritize
  
• Good communications skills
  
• Prior Audit Experience
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties
  
• Willingness to expand range of responsibilities as needed
  
• Must have excellent computer skills including Excel (vlookup, pivot tablet)
  
• Large ERP experience (Microsoft AX is a plus)
