Our Personal Banker (Financial Service Officer) position recommends financial products and services to meet Members financial needs and support SPIREs growth objectives while providing an excellent Member experience. This position will work Full Time in our Maple Grove branch and must be able to work Saturday rotations. SPIRE hourly new hires will receive a $1000 sign-on bonus*

Interested candidates should have 1-3 years experience working in a financial institution with an understanding of lending and experience with account opening. We are looking for someone who is goal driven and Member centric. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and identify member financial needs in order to better support financial growth. Must be able to problem-solve to make decisions, proven ability to take initiative, organize multiple tasks, meet sales and service expectations, and maintain a courteous demeanor in a busy and challenging work environment.
