Essential Functions
- Manage, empower, and motivate Team Members; this includes assigning daily tasks and functions, and validating through positive feedback as well as providing them in-the-moment coaching and training.
- Team Lead will work as opener, mid, or closer and follow proper procedures for each role.
- Follow all labor laws dictated by local and regional government.
- Adequately resolve customer complaints/issues with pose and a sense of calm.
- Manage the line ensuring SE procedures are followed; work line as needed.
- Follow proper daily cash handling procedures including counting and paring cash tills as well as researching cash variances.
- Assist in the control of cost of goods and labor; resolve any variances and inventories that may occur.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; must be a strong team-player.
- Provide effective and open communication on goals, procedures, and policies during team meetings while also recognizing positive contributions.
- Ensure all processes, policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Work with the Head Coach in creating plans to continuously improve the business in the areas of People, Customers, Sales, and Profits.
- Ability to oversee a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused restaurant through coordination of schedules, problem-solving, maintaining cleanliness, training employees and providing exceptional customer service.
- Have a flexible schedule and be able to adjust based on business demands.
Education and Experience
- Educational requirements: High School degree or GED, bachelors preferred
- Minimum of 2 year supervisory experience in a restaurant/retail environment or commensurate experience, full-service / fine dining experience preferred..
- Manager Servsafe Certification and all safety certifications mandated by local and regional entities.
Salary : $60 - $75
