SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring an Executive Director II
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business preferred
- A passion for serving older adults
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in administration in a senior living setting normally required
General Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements programs and services, which promote the physical, psychosocial, and emotional well-being of SpiriTrust Lutheran's residents and clients.
- Works toward Board and corporate initiatives to develop short-range and long-range strategic plans.
- Ensures a high degree of quality resident and client care is maintained at all times.
- Monitors appropriate staff members' team member relations standards for team members
- Meets regularly with residents and clients, residents'/clients' families, visitors, and other appropriate persons to explain and interpret standards and procedures
