Job Overview: The proctor will observe users that perform a self-collected Covid-19 Antigen or PCR test through a virtual online system. Proctors are responsible for confirming user identification, observing the user conduct the test on themselves, and verifying the users’ test results. Test proctors are essential to maintaining the integrity of our organization and testing for our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Confirm proper user identification before test is taken
· Answering questions from users during the proctoring session
· Observe the user self-collect their sample
· Confirm reported test results of the user
· Follow prescribed protocols when users ask questions or needs assistance
· Flag any unusual activity during the proctoring session
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
· LPN or RN License (Current or Pervious)
· Medical Background with Customer Service Skills
· Able to multitask between several workflows and computer systems
· Data Entry and Computer skills
· Monday through Saturday availability
· Willingness to follow all protocols and procedures
· Flexible schedule, including outside of normal business hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
