Overview
Do you have a strong passion for telling customer stories? Split is looking for a creative Customer Marketer to join us and undertake the task of finding, and sharing, our customer advocate stories. Reporting to the Director of Demand Gen and Growth, you will work together to secure public references, testimonials, case studies, and procure online reviews. You will have strong interpersonal skills to help nurture customer relationships and drive cross-functional teams. You’re incredibly creative and have great communication skills. You know the right angle to tell a compelling story, and are excited to share it with prospects and customers alike. As an ideal candidate, you will be a strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach Demand Gen goals and improve the buyer-journey experience.
Responsibilities
- Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
- Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy materials (testimonials, case studies)
- Compose and conduct customer interviews
- Consult and work closely with advocacy programs; recruit new customer advocates
- Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
- Manage the list of customer advocates, referrals, testimonials etc.
- Consult with Customer teams to conduct annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
- Drive our advocates to provide thoughtful reviews and feedback
- Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
- Previous Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience
- Experience creating and executing compelling marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
- Ability to write effective copy is a necessity. Please provide writing samples.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
- Ability to function in a high demand, performance-driven environment
