As an Early Talent Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to build a pipeline of diverse, top-quality intern and new graduate candidates to join our ever-growing organization.
Please note: This is a contract role with opportunity for extension.
Responsibilities
Source and attract top talent to Splunk for our intern and new graduate roles across Products & Technology as well as our non-tech teams
Partner with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide an exceptional experience
Source from different channels including Linkedin Recruiter, university recruitment events, referrals, networking, internet searches, industry events, and other tools focused on passive talent
Build a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future intern and early talent fulltime roles
Provide market intelligence and market data to Hiring Managers and Recruiters
Craft engaging communication for candidates and work with our branding team on outreach
Qualify candidates and build rapport with prospective candidates
Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and/or email.
Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation within the company's CRM.
Pre-screening potential candidates including for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
Partnering with Recruiters, HR and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and to ensure a full candidate experience.
Minimum Qualification
- 2 years of university recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Incredibly organized
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles as needed
Preferred Qualification
- Jobvite experience
- Workday experience
