Role:
We're looking for a Sr. Sourcer who has a real passion for sourcing the most sought after talent in the world. If you love innovation and doing things other Sourcers/Recruiters don’t do you’ll fit right in. You'll be working with a team of super smart people who are passionate about our products and our customers' success. You will engage passive talent on Linkedin and persuade them to engage and interview with Splunk. You’ll be partnering with our team of recruiters and hiring managers to provide a great experience.
Responsibilities:- Source and attract top talent to Splunk for our customer facing roles including Sales, Professional Services, and Pre-Sales roles
- Partner with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide an exceptional experience
- Source from different channels including Linkedin Recruiter and other tools focused on passive tale
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
- Provide market intelligence and market data to Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Craft engaging communication for candidates and work with our branding team on outreach
- Qualify candidates and build rapport with prospective candidates
- 5 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience for an agency or corporate recruiting
- Solid understanding of technology in SaaS and Data enterprise companies including: middleware, observability, security, and devops
- Good understanding of go to market job roles including: Professional Services, Sales, Pre-Sales
- Expertise in sourcing diverse pools of candidates
- Experience in communicating with hiring managers
- An ability to be organized across multiple requisitions
- Shown client interaction skills, including partnering with and influencing hiring managers, ability to conduct a comprehensive intake call and provide open communication throughout the process.
