*MULTI-TASK ORIENTED LEADER**
Seeking a People Centered General Manager who will be responsible for the efficient operation of the property as measured against the established budget, while maintaining guest service standards.
Very important in the customer service business: Operations and Leadership!
- Meet with and solicit comments from guests regularly to determine guest satisfaction with services and facilities.
- Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate and timely action according to company policy.
- Take steps to ensure the greatest guest satisfaction possible within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the security needs of the guests, staff, and property are met.
- Ensures all team members know area attractions and services to accommodate guests’ needs
- Responsible for the protection of company assets.
- Manage property revenue and expenses to maintain or exceed budget.
- Inspect studios and public spaces daily according to the Clean & Safe program brand standards.
- Ensure all team members are trained to act according to procedure, in the event of an emergency or accident.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are accurately followed at all times by all team members.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
