- Immediate need for caregivers in Cheney, WA
Other opportunities in Spokane County include:
- 12 hour day or night shifts
- flexible 4 and 8 hour shifts (weekdays and/or weekends)
- expert client/caregiver matching, (clients and caregivers throughly screened for safety)
- basic companionship and light housekeeping to higher levels of care
We provide you with:
- a care management team that will introduce you to your client and make sure you are comfortable in the situation
- available clients for quick assignments in Deer Park, Cheney, Shadle, Spokane Valley and downtown Spokane
- on-call opportunities to pick up shifts when you are available if you prefer flexibility
- 20-40 hours guarenteed based on your flexibility
- weekly new hire orientation and skills trainings to get you started with clients ASAP
- 24 hour office support to ensure your success
Our hourly range starts at $16.00 to $18.00, but pay is commensurate with experience and certifications. Care to Stay Home reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any difference between actual compensation and the posted range will be based on factors other than race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy) or national origin.

Because we operate 24/7 any employee working on one of our designated holidays will be paid at time and one half their regular pay. Designated holidays are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Requirements:
As a Caregiver with Care to Stay Home you will work one on one to provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes; assist seniors with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene; encourage seniors to try new things and stay active (within reason); ensure seniors are eating a balanced diet and taking their prescribed medications, establish and maintain open communication and loyal relationships with seniors, family members, and co-workers and strive to create a positive atmosphere built on trust and respect.
While a CNA or HCA certification and some experience is beneficial, it’s not required. We will provide the training and support that you need to be successful. You just need a caring and compassionate mindset and the willingness to provide the best possible care to our clients.
