Insight Intelligence Coordinator

At Spotlight, we pride ourselves on leveraging insights from our client’s analyst relations (AR) programs to provide insights that inform our client’s business decisions. The role of Insight Intelligence Coordinator plays a critical role in championing the logistics necessary to meet our clients’ goals. The ultimate goal of your day is to support the Spotlight Insights Intelligence Team, streamline the program operations, and execute tasks required for a successful intelligence program.

Specifically, the Insight Intelligence Coordinator will own:

• Client management support – Assist in tracking, managing, reporting on and measuring the success of insight intelligence work done for clients. 
• Deliverable contributions – Take a hands-on approach to work and be willing to dive in wherever is needed. Be responsible for managing due dates across multiple clients around insight intelligence project deliverables, such as perception audits, review program audits, and findings presentations.
• Research support – Coordinate and support research and analysis on data as part of discrete portions of insight intelligence work, including: perception audit surveys (analyst lists, survey questions, response tracking, data reconciliation and analysis, findings and readout presentation creation), peer reviews (competitive benchmarking reviews data, review timelines, best practices materials), etc.
• Follow up on client communications – ranging from scheduling meetings with multiple parties, reviewing documents for accuracy, helping to support meeting agendas and notes, email communications to drive decisions, etc.
• Have excellent grammar and copyediting skills.

You can come from a variety of backgrounds and academic interests, including consulting, corporate communications, public relations and/or market, data analysis, among others.
