Operations Analyst

At Spotlight, it’s our mission to craft and sustain a successful analyst relations (AR) program for our clients—the Operations Analyst role helps client-facing teams succeed by providing operational metrics reporting, managing and optimizing workflows, and supporting teams through changes in tools and processes. You will be responsible for managing data and reporting within our low-code, internal-facing tool, Quickbase. Your role will collaborate with members of different teams across the organization to help analyze monthly metrics and help teams share best practices within our data-centric Center of Excellence. 

Additional responsibilities included in the role are database management and administration, data governance and QA, business process management (BPM), and low-code app development. The ultimate goal of your day-to-day job is to elevate Spotlight's existing reporting, tools, and workflows so that our client-facing teams can continue to improve their efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates should have entry-level experience with strong interest in data-driven work and could come from a variety of backgrounds, including, information systems, data management, business analytics, data science, computer science, or business management, among others.

• An upbeat, fun, and engaging attitude

• Excellent communication skills and style

• Interest or working knowledge of database management and administration

• Interest or working knowledge of data analysis and data visualization 

• Ability to coordinate different deadlines and projects across teams 
• Experience with low-code platforms and automations is a plus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
