Quality Inspector

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be to perform inspections and audits to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. Duties: - Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements - Analyze product samples and test results to identify any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards - Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with established quality systems and procedures - Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement - Document inspection findings, test results, and other relevant information in detailed reports - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality Experience: - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role - Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards - Solid understanding of quality management systems and processes - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams If you are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and have the necessary experience, we invite you to apply for the position of Quality Assurance Inspector.
