SpotOn Order’s team is responsible for offering world-class, customizable, frictionless online order interfaces for our merchants. We support online ordering on web and native. Our apps allow merchants to accept pickup and delivery orders, boost customer loyalty, and drive sales through intelligent marketing.

What you’ll do
- Contribute to our mission to provide hospitality employees simplified and administrative services and receive their daily pay so that they can focus on providing best experience to their guest
- Improve our current stack and split them into API services as per scalability and integration needs
- Participate in architectural discussions to identify and fix any scaling bottlenecks in the system
- Improve reliability and performance of SpotOn’s labor services infrastructure
What you’ll bring
- 4 years of professional software development experience
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent in experience with evidence of exceptional ability
- Strong working knowledge of modern programming paradigms
- Strong experience with modern programming languages like Go, python or typescript
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS/flexbox and experience with at least one modern frontend framework like reactjs, angular or backbone
- Experience with building highly scalable architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborations skills
