What You’ll Do

• As a Senior/Lead Developer, you will work closely with other software engineers, external partners, and other business stakeholders (e.g. PMs) to validate feasibility, review designs and clarify requirements from implementation point of view; implement new features from inception to release, as well as ensure existing features meet our customer's expectations and business outcomes in each software release.

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / similar technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5 years of software development experience
• Expertise in building scalable, responsive Web applications across the stack
• Proficiency utilizing RESTful APIs in development / integrations
• Experience in Data modeling, database design and development on the backend (e.g. stored procedures)
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and related tools (e.g. Jira)
• Good handle on UI/UX design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and creativity in applying them to business problems

Desired Skills:

• SalesForce Experience Cloud (don’t need expertise here, quick ramp up on the job is desirable) 
• Understanding of Application security and best practices
• Domain knowledge - YouTube platforms and context around their content creators
• People, result, and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
