DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting HR generalist activities
- Interviewing potential candidates for employment
- Data organization
- Supporting AP and AR activities
- Processing outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and company personnel
- Provide support and backup to the team as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with phone calls
- High school diploma/Associate Preferred
- Ability to work independently without daily direct supervision
- Strong problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience supporting accounting teams
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to follow up to ensure accurate work
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional and respectful oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize duties and to operate with changing priorities and limited direction.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- HR experience
- Some formal training or education post high school in accounting
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
