What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART TIME - HR assistant position at SpotterRF?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting HR generalist activities
  • Interviewing potential candidates for employment
  • Data organization
  • Supporting AP and AR activities
  • Processing outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and company personnel
  • Provide support and backup to the team as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with phone calls
  • High school diploma/Associate Preferred
  • Ability to work independently without daily direct supervision
  • Strong problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience supporting accounting teams
  • Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to follow up to ensure accurate work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional and respectful oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize duties and to operate with changing priorities and limited direction.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HR experience
  • Some formal training or education post high school in accounting

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
