Compensation:
- Starting at $20 per hour (depending on experience and licensing)
- Monthly performance and customer retention bonuses

In this position, you will help us to create a world where people eat safer foods, and live and work in healthier environments. The Route Manager is responsible for monitoring and mitigating pest activity, documenting solutions, and partnering with clients to solve their pest challenges.
You will have ownership over your route, work in the field, and apply a combination of mechanical, physical, biological, and chemical tools to prevent and control pest issues. Requirements
Responsibilities
- Deliver pest control solutions on an established route, according to local regulations and company protocols related to pesticide application and pest management.
- Develop valuable relationships with customers, delivering first-class customer service in every interaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized company vehicle.
- Represent the Sprague brand in personal appearance and interpersonal interactions with customers and the community.
- Help protect the health and safety of your community by recognizing pest problems and developing solutions to eliminate and prevent pest problems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Covid-19 Vaccination (required)
- Professional Driving experience (preferred)
- Customer Service experience (preferred)
