As a Credit Representative you will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable for a group of customers, minimizing bad debt/outstanding balances, and promoting positive customer relations. You will ensure timely collection of accounts receivable to keep customers within their credit limits. In this role, you will interact daily with customers to problem solve and reconcile accounts, work closely with our Sales team to resolve any issues, as well as working with the Accounts Receivable team to apply cash properly. If you are detail-oriented and have strong communication skills, this is the role for you. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with the possibility of some overtime from time to time.
- Manage the aging of assigned accounts receivable portfolio
- Tracking of over limit and/or past due customers
- Monthly reporting/matrix preparation to track trends within your portfolio
- Correspondence as needed
- Application of cash, as necessary
- Other duties as required

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:
- Business degree and/or 1-2 years credit / collection experience required
- Knowledge of the energy industry helpful
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and aggressively
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to interact well with customers, management, and staff
- Detail-oriented
