As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Office and Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Take the reign on clerical tasks, freeing up ownership to focus on high-level business decisions. You'll manage incoming and outgoing calls, handle data input and follow-up with clients using Salesforce, and maintain organized records of contracts, receipts and insurance certificates.
- Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, including occasional outside sales calls. Your excellent communication skills will ensure clients feel heard and valued.
- Construction Industry Experience: Leverage your prior experience in the construction industry to navigate the nuances of our business and assist in managing sales and operations effectively (preferred).
- Accounting Duties: Keep our financials in check by managing accounts receivable and payable, and providing simple accounting support.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You organizational skills are second to none, and you excel at keeping things running smoothly.
- Excellent Communicator: You're comfortable handling phone calls, including making follow-up and occasional outside sales calls when necessary.
- Computer Literate: You're tech-savvy, with strong computer skills and familiarity with tools like Salesforce
- Industry Knowledge: Prior involvement in the construction industry is highly preferred
- Accounting Knowledge: You have basic understanding of accounting principles and can manage accounts receivable and payable with ease.
- Bilingual: Fluency in a second language is a plus, allowing you to connect with a broader range of clients.
- Flexible & Reliable: You're available Monday thru Friday and are open to occasional evening work as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
