What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN FCU PRN position at Spring View Hospital?
The LPN, under the direction and supervision of the RN, is responsible for the care of the patient and family needs from neonate through geriatric. The LPN demonstrates professional development and clinical competency; addresses health educational needs for patients, families and other health care providers; manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and unit operations; and applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
- Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Kentucky.
- Certification in area of specialty preferred.
- One to two years clinical experience preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- ACLS certification recommended.
- PALS recommended.
