What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Graphic Designer position at Sprinklr?
The Graphic Designer is a position within the marketing team that designs and executes full-cycle thought leadership, customer case studies, infographics, and more. As part of the Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence team, your priorities will be to help establish Sprinklr as the Unified Customer Experience Management (UCXM) category leader and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy designer who can quickly conceptualize, design, and execute highly creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate the brand identity, position, and messaging through all brand touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conceptualize and design long-form thought leadership, reports, landing pages, web banners, infographics, presentations, publications, and related web and print materials
- Create and execute design concepts as well as maintain visual standards and continuity across Web and digital platforms
- Participate in brainstorm sessions, bringing a design perspective
What’s Required
- Experience developing and creating a range of marketing collateral for different teams to utilize including presentations in Google Slides and Keynote, brochures, web pages, white papers, product logos, motion graphics, email templates, infographics, and more
- Strong portfolio with 4 years of experience
- Must have a portfolio highlighting professional quality work, including examples of vector artwork, strong typography skills, and infographic design
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, etc. (Adobe CC), Slides, Docs, and other design tools
- Partner with web and broader digital & brand design teams
- Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work independently
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details
- BA in art with a concentration in Graphic Design highly preferred or AA and a combination
