Sprint Wireless Sales Associate

Salary:

Base pay of $11.00 per hour plus an aggressive commission structure and bonuses. 

Are you passionate about the retail industry?  Do you have a proven track record for driving sales?  Is customer service one of your strengths?  We are looking for Wireless Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment for multiple openings at our Sprint by Jet Mobile retail stores.

 

Founded in 2004, Jet Mobile started with one location in Omaha.  Currently, the company boasts 15 successful store locations across Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa and Missouri. By keeping up with the latest and greatest in wireless technology, we’ve continued to adapt and grow. We believe our employees are the foundation of our business and strive to provide ample opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of products and services by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build customer loyalty by always providing prompt and exceptional service.
  • Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, promotions and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching initiatives.

Requirements

  • Customer focus, teamwork, communication, accountability and innovation.
  • Previous sales experience with emphasis on customer service.
  • Positive attitude and an ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma. Post-secondary degree a definite asset.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
