Sprint Express at Walgreens is an innovative and dynamic new retail environment. In this role, you’ll assist in managing teams in multiple stores - you never experience the same day twice.
In this role you will:
• Serve as a coach to help Mobile Sales Associates serve customers at the highest levels.
• Be the expert on Sprint’s processes, products, services and promotions.
• Assist in sales transactions by providing a total sales solution to our customers.
• Provide guidance, training, and support for your teams.
• Drive team accountability.
• Provide operational process oversight and conduct operational duties.
• Participate in store opening/closing procedures as required.
• Support the Manager of Retail, District Manager, and Director (and overall sales channel goals).
• Meet or exceed channel sales goals.

Aside from reasonable accommodations or military obligations, employees must be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. May require lifting up to 25 pounds, moving of equipment and standing for long periods of time. Driving is an essential function of the job. Applicants must have a valid drivers license (may not be a learner's, restricted or "to and from work" license and three consecutive years of active driving history immediately preceding the application that meets Sprint’s driver standards. This information will be verified in a Motor Vehicle Report. Applicants must also successfully complete driver's safety training and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines. Many positions are eligible for a company car based upon mileage and territory. Sprint company cars are authorized for personal use.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or four years related work experience post high school
• One year supervisory experience
• One year retail experience
