What are the responsibilities and job description for the Young Toddler (12-18 months) Teacher $14-$16/hour + Benefits position at Sprout Childcare, LLC?
We are looking for skilled, energetic, educated and compassionate educators. At Sprout you will join a group of professionals who provide exceptional programming. You will be supported by specialists. Sprout has professionals in Art and music, that rotate into the classrooms daily, as well as Yoga and Dance instructors that come weekly. You will find that Sprout is like no other childcare center. At Sprout, we overstaff our center, (each classroom, over 8 children, have three teachers staffed. Classes with 8 as max group size, share float personnel who provide breaks and prep time, and serve as substitutes. This is a full-time position/with generous benefits.
We do not accept part time enrollment, so you will be in the same shift, Monday - Friday, with the same children. This model allows Sprout to run an exceptional program in a pleasant environment.
