Product Manager – Sprout 360 (Remote)

Description:

We are looking for Senior Product Managers, Sprout 360 to help build out a number of products to innovate within the Autism space. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, product designers and engineers to develop, optimize and scale key features and product offerings on our roadmap for 2021. Our goal is to provide an end to end experience for our clinicians, parents, and healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to identify trends, customer pain points and business needs to develop our product strategy and vision
• Work with the Product team to rigorously prioritize and focus our development efforts
• Manage a product squad consisting of engineers, designers and cross functional team members to drive projects from inception to launch
• Run and own the entire scrum process, with a key emphasis on unblocking bottlenecks, driving meaningful collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Own the implementation, enhancement and support of product features within a project
• Create business requirements, flow diagrams, project plans, and specification documents as needed to ensure clarity of tasks and requirements
• Develop key results and metrics to align your team on goals and ensure we always measure the success and outcome of every project we deliver
• Help a lot of really amazing kiddos in need

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Sr. Manager/Director level role preferred.
• As a design leader, coach, or mentor, you've learned the value of humility and self-awareness
• Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes
• A strong portfolio of inspired, creative work across digital platforms. You've designed and led teams to create and ship beautiful digital products with strong UX and usability
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills including a high degree of professionalism
