CT/Xray Tech

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our medical imaging team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluations using computed tomography (CT) scans to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.

Duties
- Conduct CT scans to produce detailed images of patients' internal organs and tissues
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging results
- Operate and maintain CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize knowledge of sonography, PET scans, nuclear medicine, and X-ray procedures
- Perform CT scans in various settings including the emergency room (ER) and Level II Trauma Center

Requirements
- Certification as a CT Technologist
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and equipment operation
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in conducting CT scans is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per week

Experience:

• CT/X-Ray Tech: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice (Required)
• ARRT Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Clearlake, CA 95422 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Clearlake, CA 95422: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
