Description
The Project Manager is a member of the Integrated Implementation team and leads implementations for EDI and ERP integration projects for SPS Commerce Microsoft Market Clients. A key focus of this position is managing a broad and dynamic workload, in-depth analysis work and incorporation of strategic goals where applicable.
SPS Commerce has global office locations, this role is also open to candidates outside of these locations.

What is the day to day like?
Responsibilities include using best practice project management methodologies and processes for all SPS Commerce programs, including defining project scope, objectives, business outcomes and high-level milestones. Extensive interaction with clients and internal sales, functional team, technology, and support teams will be required.
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support
- Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables
- Demonstrate proficiency in service delivery while managing multiple projects
- Monitor work-flow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations
- Act as information broker by directing communication to/from team and customers
- Proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources
- Advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating the compelling needs for change/improvement
What is required?
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of project management experience or 5 years of experience without a degree
- Strong problem solving & analytic ability
- Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
What is preferred?
- Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP and EDI experience
- Sr. Project Managers should have a background in business skills and processes, management, budgeting, and analysis.
