We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. The Customer Service Representative provides dedicated customer support while communicating effectively, and accurately. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities and in-depth knowledge of current client's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a partnership with customers to problem solve effectively, efficiently and with maximum customer experience scores.
Daily Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Interact with customers providing knowledgeable support and insight
- Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
- Review customer transaction records
- Provide sales support
- Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
- Respond to customer questions
- Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
- Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
Required Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
