Qualitest is seeking a passionate, creative and a driven Automation Engineer to join their team. If you are interested to know more about this opportunity then read on!
Project Overview:
As an Automation Engineer you will be working on an IVR project for the transportation area.
Responsibilities:
Team will follow a phased approach to ensure we have review periods and milestones as the automation strategy evolves. Existing coverage from prior IVR testing has been grouped into three buckets:
o Fully front facing (UI on Twilio/agent web portal without active call dependency)
o Active IVR flow (with call dependency)
o E2E flows, interacting with both agent UI and IVR call in the same test
Phase 1 will focus on selecting UI automation toolset, automation of the first bucket while deep diving into Cubic IVR infrastructure to plan for buckets two and three. Given the cost of off the shelf tools for IVR automation, an analysis will be done of the feasibility for a custom open-source solution and a comparison will be provided prior to commencing the following phases. May need to support manual testing from time to time.
Team member will report in to test manager and support 2 offshore automation team members.
