SRBuild is Currently Seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated individual for an office administrator position to assist with construction administrative and office clerical duties. Opportunity to gain experience to many different facets of the real estate industry in a highly motivated and productive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and record payments for subcontractors and vendors, maintaining accurate financial records and preparing routine accounting reports
- File and maintain project specific documents, such as TRs, Permits, Controlled Inspections, Minute Meetings, Punch lists, Lien Wavers, etc.
- Administer and file subcontractor onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with city agency requirements, MWBE implementation plans, Insurance requirements, etc.
- Update and Submit project schedules to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and upcoming deadlines
- Update, maintain, and distribute excel documents (G702 & G703) for bi-weekly bank requisition meetings
- Perform ad-hoc construction-related office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Vast experience with QuickBooks Contractors Edition
- Previous experience in office management, preferably within the construction industry
- Familiarity with Construction Management Procesees in NY
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
