MOLD SETTER

SRG Global, a Guardian company, is looking for a Mold Setter to provide support for our facility located in Evansville, IN.

The ideal is candidate for this role is a strong communicator who is able to negotiate positive outcomes with customers and operations. Our Tooling Tool Makers create value by ensuring accurate orders and deliveries by SRG Global.

Pay for this position is $22.00/hr

The shift schedule is 5:45am-2:00pm Monday through Friday

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Troubleshooting mechanical problems and perform work requiring math skills
• Working with supervision regarding equipment condition
• Handling hazardous waste using knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
• Assessing situations immediately making sound decisions
• Operating Forklift
• Operating Crane
• Working independently and maintaining a high degree of accuracy and productivity
• Ensuring a safe, clean and orderly work environment
• Injection molding

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• 1 year or more experience with troubleshooting mechanical problems
• 3-6 months Forklift experience
• 3-4 months Crane experience
• 3 months or more injection molding experience

What Will Put You Ahead

• 3 or more years of troubleshooting mechanical problems
• 1 or more year Forklift experience
• 1 year or more Crane experience
• 6 months or more injection molding experience
