The annual gross base salary average is $70,000.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Platinum Level Service

In this critical function you will be responsible for operational performance and financial management of a set functional area within the Distribution Center along with receiving, inventory control, light production, order fulfilment, and shipping.  You will assist the General Manager with tasks such as budget preparation, full profit and loss reviews, and setting distribution center financial and operational goals.  You will be responsible for establishing labor plans to achieve appropriate labor capacity that fits customer demands and will actively contribute to the hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance of distribution center employees.  You will directly manage supervisors and team leads to ensure work is getting completed effectively and efficiently while also using a supportive and collaborative approach to mentor and develop by assigning accountability, setting objectives, establishing priorities, and monitoring results.  You will develop performance measurements and an internal auditing process to evaluate efficiency and quality and will analyze productivity levels making and enacting changes when needed. You will help maintain a positive and engaging work environment.

We need you to have a minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience leading a team with a distribution center environment. You will possess a Bachelor’s degree or have comparable work experience. You should have experience developing critical processes and improving general warehouse operations.  You have a strong ability to build, lead, and develop multi-functional teams.  You are able to balance and achieve positive results in areas such as safety, quality, productivity, cost, and team relations.  You will be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and have experience with an ERP system.  You have strong attention to detail and can easily analyze problems and create solutions.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
