Warehouse Associate

EMSCO, a partner of Heritage pool is seeking a self-motivated individual that is a team player.

This full-time position will focus on warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, loading/unloading trucks, and some driving as well. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Order picking/staging and replenishment. Stage orders for delivery and load company vehicles in a warehouse/yard environment. Focus on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment. Deliver products to customers and branch locations. Ensure safe practices by conducting pre-trip inspections, ensure securing loading practices, and strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations. Understand and adhere to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA. Other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with employees, customers, vendors, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Must possess basic computer skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Product.
• Understanding of basic sales practices and strategies to engage and grow customers.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual (English and Spanish) helpful but not required

Physical Requirements:

Forklift experience helpful

Able to pass pre-employment drug test

Ability to lift 75 lbs; 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
