This group, The Transfer Agency, provides back-office financial services to over 40 Clients and their investors, supporting multiple types of funds.
These services include establishing accounts, processing shareholder and broker / dealer trades, facilitating money movement between the fund and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Review new account documentation and establish accounts as needed
- Review and respond to requests from clients, intermediaries and shareholders
- Communicate complex financial information in tangible, simple terms
- Analyze and complete trades, maintenances, statement requests and written inquiries
- Correspond with and contact Dealers and Investors as needed
- Research and callout to Broker / Dealers in regards to NSCC trading
- Perform callout campaigns for Clients
What You Will Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work and education experience preferred
- Must have previous customer service or call center experience and be able to multi task
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be willing to work on site 6 days / month
- Hours are 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
- Initial training will be one month on site 5 days / week from 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
