Job Description
What You Will Get To Do:
- Manage the database backup and restore process for QA environments.

Manage the deployment process:
- Prepare installation packages for release.
- Run test deployment for every major release (UAT and PROD).
- Deploy / upgrade builds.
- Verify that UAT and PROD deployments are successful and troubleshoot as needed.
- Modify triggers for nightly deployment.
- Requests new builds and remove old ones.
- Manage tenants in QA environments.
- Work with IT as needed for Production and UAT environments.
- Monitor check-ins / GitHub and troubleshoot as needed.
- Run SQL stored procedures or scripts as needed.
- Periodically need to be on call outside normal business hours.
What You Will Bring:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science / Math or a related subject.
- Must have SQL experience (MS SQL Preferred).
- Advanced level of proficiency in PowerShell/Python/Bash or an equivalent scripting language.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize requests.
- Must be detail oriented, alert, responsive, and amenable to training.
- Strong communication skills, the candidate must be clear and concise.
- A focus on client service. This role is not directly client facing, but everything we do ultimately touches our clients.
- Experience with creating process documentation / drafting SOPs.
- Basic working knowledge of source control systems, preferably Git
- Deployment and QA experience a plus.

NYC: Salary range for the position: 75,000 USD to 85,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
