We are looking for a temporary talent acquisition professional to cover for a maternity leave. The ideal candidate isa results-oriented, dynamic talent acquisition professional with proven success in sourcing talent within professional services/management consulting. The role entails end-to-end recruiting lifecycle management forpermanent role and overseeing the recruitment of independent contractors on an as-needed basis.The role is based in Midtown Manhattan and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Core Responsibilities:
Creatively source, recruit and onboard consulting profiles and other niche professionals at mid to senior levels, and below
Develop the most effective sourcing strategies, with an emphasis on direct sourcing, résumé/CV mining, internet research and networking
Partner closely with senior management and hiring managers in advising on and developing position descriptions, key criteria, interview assessments and offers
Primary scope will be at the national level, with some international recruiting for Europe
Constant focus on creating superior recruiting process for each position, e.g.,optimizinga candidate’srecruitment experience, ensuring interviewers are well-prepared prior to interviews, consolidating feedback, etc.
Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking system (Jobvite)
Requirements:
5+ years prior talent acquisition experience required
Preference for experience within professional services, management consulting, or financial services; other industries will be considered
Must have proven results in direct sourcing candidates
Strong organizational and communication skills a must
Solid business acumen required
Microsoft Office and prior Applicant Tracking System experience (Jobvite preferred, but not required)
