Job Summary:
- Inspect the property/grounds, reporting deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Mow lawn weekly during the proper season. Clean landscaping tools and equipment after each use.
- Trim bushes and weed flowerbeds as needed
- Shovels exterior walkways during the winter and salt/sand as needed.
- Enjoy the respect of your co-workers, peers, and staff by contributing to the team and exhibiting professionalism

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Non-CDL Class C Driver’s License
