We are seeking an Entry Level Fire Tester to join our team in Baldwin Park, CA. This individual will be responsible for performing required preventative maintenance and testing on a wide variety of fire alarm systems in commercial buildings and residential. The Fire Tester will also focus on becoming fluent in identifying code issues and non-conformance issues, communicating and providing findings to customers in a manner that is understood by the customer and submitting information to office personnel in regards to completion of work, and/or required follow up and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the fire/construction/electrical industry
• Perform required preventative maintenance and testing on a wide variety of fire alarm systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Carry necessary equipment and company tools
• Mechanically inclined with a drive to learn and a positive attitude
• Excellent written skills to properly document services and findings
• Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and subcontractors to express ideas and technical concepts to problem solve
• Good driving record with ability to work as a team and independently
• Ability to organize workload effectively and work with a sense of urgency
• Committed to customer service satisfaction
• 7am start time (If needed willing to work swing, night & weekends)

Salary : $18 - $22
