Construction Manager

Title -Administrator Construction Manager

Location -Bryan, TX

Contract - 06 Months with possible extension

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of OSP Construction Standards, practices, unit descriptions, and SSP contracts.
• Familiarity with safety standards at State, Local, and Company levels.
• At least five years of experience in OSP construction and splicing.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and perform physical tasks like lifting.
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Ensure contractor work meets company standards and adheres to project designs and budgets.
• Communication: Maintain coordination with State/local municipalities, other utilities, and internal departments.
• Compliance: Ensure that all work is in compliance with local, state, and company standards, especially when working in the public ROW (Right of Way) or utility easement.
• Collaboration: Team with Frontier Construction Supervisor and OSP Engineer, and interact cross-functionally with departments like Logistics, ISP Engineering, and Project Management.
• Support: Work alongside sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory teams.
