Job Description
Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Baltimore Maryland (Hybrid- 2 days onsite, 3days remote)
Duration : 6 months contract
Job Description:
- 8 years Asset Management experience.
- 4 years Front Office Investment Management project delivery experience.
- 4 years Front Office Investment Management business analyst experience.
- Worked closely with Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Analysts, and other members of an Investment Manager’s front office in either a project manager or business analyst capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and being able to work with people across multiple locations.
- Experience of facilitating meetings with stakeholders to review and solve key issues.
- Well organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well with people with varying technical, business and cultural backgrounds.
- Experience working with senior management in formal presentations, escalations, and issue resolutions.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to translate and simplify complex business and technical concepts.
- Ability to work well with people with varying technical, business, and cultural backgrounds.
- Comfortable working with executive management.
- Ability to manage multiple medium and large projects.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
