Job Title : Sales Service Coordinator

Location: Chicago IL (60607) or San Francisco, CA  (94158) (Hybrid Model)

 

Job Description

  • 1-10 years relevant experience in Sales Operations or other Sales Support functions.
  • Achieved a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with the technical aspects of Salesforce.
  • Solid grasp of sales and business processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; are comfortable making recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Can prioritize tasks efficiently and have a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments.
  • A good sense of humor.

Responsibilities:

  • We partner with other Sales coordinators to work in a Salesforce case queue facilitating all sales and organization requests such as account merges, account disputes, orders reprocessing, and Sales Engagement clarification.
  • Enable end-to-end sales processes by implementing changes and developing documentation.
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce policies and procedures.
  • Perform monthly revenue and account audits ensuring Salesforce is the source of truth.
  • Help drive and implement operational projects to increase team efficiency
