The position will reside in Glen Mills, PA.
Job Summary:
The Resource Coordinator/Analyst will be a self-motivated and results driven individual who will provide support to the Director of Data Collection Resources. The Resource Coordinator/Analyst will be heavily involved in the day-to-day management of projects across phone and print/mail and will be support for internal client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate job specifications & confirm/coordinate schedule with project teams and Mail, TelOps and Web vendors
- Schedule, formalize and coordinate Mail Proofs approval process with vendors and project team
- Recognize, work to resolve and, when needed, escalate phone, mail, and/or web/panel quota, job specifications, scheduling and/or vendor issues to the appropriate director
- Effectively compute estimated costs by analyzing labor, material, vendor options and time requirements.
- Maintain cost database by collecting, entering and maintaining data for internal and vendor work.
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends related to actual performance vs. estimates with post-mortems for all telephone work.
- Manage accrual process for all ongoing and completed work.
- Complete a quality check for all new and changed programs from DP
- Complete Job Schedule Scripting Maintenance (setup backup to DP)
- Oversee TelOps project budgets, sample and resources for work managed externally, but hosted on our servers
- Log/track vendor invoices for Sampling, MailOps and TelOps to ensure accuracy and keep department heads up-to-date on their accruals
- Track and aggregate phone, print/mail and online vendor production to ensure targets are being met and assign a production analyst to review details at the project level when needed
- Escalate to Director of Data Collection Resources when production, scheduling or spec issues arise
- Support Multimode reporting with Inbound/Outbound phone and Mail
- Backup and assist Director of Data Collection Resources in the management of resource allocation and internal client management, including but not limited to attending and participating in Kick Off Meetings
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Past work experience in social science, market research or similar field
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate across multiple departments and methodologies
- Maintains a working knowledge of SSRS scope of work, upcoming schedule of work and vendor relationships
- Keeps an interest in and working knowledge of the integrated nature of our work and must be thoughtful in the holistic approach to our work across telephone, web, print/mail and other methodologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must possess analytical skills to analyze metrics and create/maintain reports and databases
- Must have a high level of creative and critical thinking skills and open to thinking outside the box
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
