Scope/Job Summary Responsible for facets of recruitment throughout the region. Job Knowledge and Complexity Is the “go-to” person within own area of specialty. A professional who maintains recruitment processes which support the business strategy. Has a some understanding of the business, financials, products/services, and the capability needs of management. Understands how HR and Recruitment contribute to the larger organization and the impact on the business strategy. Responsibilities Interacts regularly across functions, with people on all levels within the company and actively collaborates with peers and senior management. Builds and maintains relationships with all relevant external parties. Manages recruitment plans, sourcing strategies, employer value proposition and college or university recruitment. Applies expertise in professional area to achieve results. Deals with different network contacts, association memberships and employees. Maintaining contact with prospects and relevant contacts in the industry. Influences and motivates managers to achieve and execute the best process possible, to attract the right talent. Ensures corporate governance, makes sure law and safety regulations are being monitored and maintained. Carries out the new hire process, performs administrative duties for record keeping in HRIS systems. Supervision Does not lead a team. Education and Experience Vocational or Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field of education. Minimum 2 years of experience. General & Quality Statement All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in Össur’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.
